Co-Founder & Realtor at Kw Results Group
A Southern California native Alan has lived in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire his whole life. Raised with strong family values in a family of four, Alan was an active youth, participating in various sports, mainly baseball, and other community groups in his home town of La Verne, CA. By being involved in those sports and group activities, Alan learned core values like hard work, integrity, a positive attitude and the constant pursuit of excellence. These are values Alan still holds today. Alan went on to play baseball in College at the University of La Verne which allowed him to receive a college education and travel the country meeting many people along the way. After college, Alan spent ten years as a Baseball coach. He has trained and coached over 10,000 players at all levels of the sport.
Always intrigued by real estate, Alan decided to enter the field in 2007 because he saw what was happening to the families in his local community and wanted to help. Watching his friends, clients, teammates, and family struggle during the recession with losing their homes was too difficult not to get involved. Receiving his License, Alan set to work in the business working for a small company in Glendora, CA. After three years of learning and seeing what was happening to the community Alan decided to change real estate companies and chose to join the top real estate team in the country Century 21 Marty Rodriguez. With Marty, Alan was able to learn how to be a senior professional in the business quickly becoming a top salesman with her nationally celebrated team. Alan remained a top agent with Century 21 Marty Rodriguez for five years and credited Marty Rodriguez with the knowledge and skill needed to provide an excellent experience for his clients.
In the summer of 2015, he was hired to work for Keller Williams as a manager and Redlands Real Estate Agent. He now works at the Redlands Market Center. After much consideration, Alan took the position. Always wanting to further develop as a professional and with his love for training, Alan accepted the job as the Productivity Coach where he mentors an average of 30 agents at a time teaching and training them for their first year in the business. This opportunity allowed Alan to give back to the industry that he has been in for ten years and share the knowledge, skills, and habits with other professionals in the business.
